GLOBAL FORUM 2009 SUPPORTING PARTNERS

General information about Global Forum supporting partners

Each year Global Forum is organized with the contribution of some supporting partners that act at global, regional and national level.

Generally, at national level the host country Government, one or more ministries and the local hosting city authority are involved. Each edition has benefited from the support and participation of the European Commission, represented by a large number of high-level delegates.

On some occasions, the event has been organized under the presidential patronage, even under double patronage, as it happened at the Italy edition, when the patronage was offered by both the French and the Italian Presidency.

In addition, the event is also supported by local partners such as agencies, associations and foundations acting in diverse sectors.
